Can you help me memorize my speech?

Well…I DON’T recommend memorization for most speakers (unless you’re reciting Shakespearian monologues or doing a TED talk). Why? Memorization is time-consuming, tough, and tricky (it can lead to going “blank” on stage).

Instead, I help clients use a smart, hybrid “mem-points” method that won’t fail you (even when you’re super-nervous). Using point form, rehearsal and conversational skills, you’ll naturally build familiarity AND confidence in your delivery.

Can I ask for edits or changes?

Our premium service includes two rounds of edits where you can request changes or make corrections. Our process is designed to be collaborative, so we welcome and value your input as we revise and improve the presentation. We will also share our best insights and expertise to ensure that the final product will be a success.

How long will my presentation be?

From short television interviews to long keynote presentations, every event is different. But no matter what you’re preparing for, we’ll provide a presentation and preparation strategy that is tailored specifically to make an impact.

Do we sign a contract?

Yes. We have a standard client agreement that both parties agree to before we accept payment or begin the project.

I’m an entrepreneur. Is this for me?

Absolutely! If you want to become a leader in your industry, then this is ABSOLUTELY for you. Doing this work will absolutely motivate and inspire you to become the leader you dream of becoming (AND give you the skills to make that happen).

How long do I have to finish the program?

All the private coaching sessions must be completed within 90 days after purchase.

What if I don’t like the speech you wrote for me?

Our process is collaborative, so we work together on every step to ensure that your voice, story, ideas and perspective is reflected in the final speech or presentation. I’ll always share my opinion honestly, and help craft a piece that truly reflects your point-of-view. As a trained and expert speechwriter, I know how to make you shine. Also: you are entitled to two sets of edits to make any changes necessary.

How can you write a speech or presentation in “my voice”?

As a writer, my first goal is to identify your “message” for your talk, which we’ll do in our first consultation. We’ll work together to identify exactly what you need to share, and what your audience will expect. Through the interview process and a set of specific questions, we’ll get to know exactly who you are and how you “tick”. Using our writing magic, we’ll create a bespoke speech that is the best version of you!

How does this process work?

If you sign up to work with me, we’ll schedule a time for an online (Zoom) call to discuss your needs.

During this interview, we’ll plan together:

Your key message and focus for your presentation
What the audience will value (if you have a speaking event booked)
What information / stories / testimonials / data can backup your message effectively

Using detailed questions and a collaborative process, we’ll get to know you and your topic thoroughly. Our goal is to create a “must-listen” speech or presentation for you, full of authenticity, insight and passion.

Can you edit my speech or presentation for me?

I’m happy to do consultations, depending on availability. In one 90-minute consultation (via Zoom), I’ll discuss options for improvement, and follow up with a 35-Point Recommended Edit Plan for your changes. (Please note: I don’t work directly on your project, I simply offer my expert recommendations.) Consultation fees start at $595. Please email to inquire.

What is your refund policy?
